Two teams, a deck of cards, three rounds: get your team to guess as many words as possible before the timer runs out.
Minute Papillon is a team party game in the spirit of Time's Up, to play online with friends. The goal: get your own team to guess as many cards as possible before time runs out. The same cards come back across three rounds, and that's what makes it brilliant.
Round 1, you describe freely. Round 2, only one word allowed. Round 3, you mime — no talking. Since everyone has already heard the cards in the previous round, each round gets faster and triggers more laughter.
You pick the categories (animals, objects, characters, places, jobs…), the timer is adjustable, and a vote lets you challenge a dodgy card at the end of a round. Best with 4 to 10 players.
How to play
- 1Create a room, share the code: two balanced teams are formed.
- 2On your turn, get your team to guess the cards before the timer ends.
- 3Three rounds on the same deck: free description, one word, then mime.
- 4The team with the most guessed cards wins.
